This is the first time I hired a attorney to help me resolve issues between myself (tenant) and Greystar (landlord). Greystar was trying to bill me for fees I had already paid despite my evidence of me paying said statements. Despite all the communication, Greystar was unresponsive and difficult to work with so I booked an appointment with Zapalac Law Firm. I loved the idea of a phone consultation as it was super easy to just take 30 minutes out of my work day to talk to Ryan. Ryan was professional and extremely helpful. His procedure in filling out the questionnaire, uploading documents was easy. His advice and next steps where helpful. I highly recommend people hire Ryan at least for a consultation. It was worth the money.
